Yeney’s journey into recruitment began unexpectedly when a client sought her help. Despite no prior experience, she successfully filled key roles, earning a trucking company referral. Realizing startups struggled with hiring due to high labor costs, she saw an opportunity: support small businesses while creating fair job opportunities in the Philippines.

With her vision, our agency was formally registered in the United States. We are just four individuals, small but strong enough to make a difference. Our recruiters continue to thrive remotely in the Philippines, combining their expertise, dedication, and shared commitment to finding the perfect match for clients and candidates.

When she hired her recruiters, she discovered a significant disparity. Her highly skilled recruiters in the Philippines, who had previously worked for BPO companies serving U.S. clients, were earning as little as $400 per month. Upon hiring them, she pay them $800 per month, ensuring fair wages while maintaining operational efficiency.
